Visions for Vets
The visual arts have long been a format for creative expression, often providing emotional healing, strength, and a sense of purpose. Together, as an artist and Veteran community, we build confidence, self-worth, and become empowered!
VISIONS FOR VETS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on enriching and preserving the lives of Military Veterans, empowering those who served by utilizing the powers of the visual arts. Our aim is to build bridges to incorporate veterans back into the community and offer avenues of employment, all in a fun, positive, safe and encouraging environment.

A great way for our vet brothers and sisters to come together, enjoy learning and fellowship at a fine school.
I go there on the weekends and I simply can't say enough good things, about the program as well as the people running it. Personally I've been involved with them for a little over a month and I'd be remissed if I failed to mention what a wonderful learning experience it is. Scott and Dan are both extremely talented Artists. And has been, and still is to my delight and privilege to learn under the tutelage of such fine people. l am better for having met them.
THANK YOU Scott Beaty for your service, talent & providing this outlet for other Veterans! Sharing your Visions for Vets Facebook page since I have so many family members & friends who are Veterans including my dad Greg Mathis who is a 4th Infantry Division Vietnam Vet.
I spend time almost weekly at Vision for Vets. I have learned so much there and found that I actually can draw! It relaxes me and I meet with my vet friends and all of the volunteers. All of them encourage me and give me the confidence to try new things. I had not drawn from more than 45 years, and now I am proud of what I can do. I have found a new way to express myself and encouragement to explore new things. What more could you ask for? Wish I could spend more time there.
As a member of this team each week I am learning something new, being taught great skills and being encouraged. The fellow ship time with other veterans couldn't be any better nor can the meals we share with one another. I challenge you to come out and express your self, put your vision into action and create something, hope to see you soon.
I am privileged to serve as a volunteer for Visions For Vets. Almost every week we hear someone who has been helped with problems they have had since serving their country. How lucky can I get!
As the daughter of one of the volunteer Veterans, I can not express my gratitude for this program!

Our Veteran Artists are extremely talented! We're offering apparel and artwork in our online store–all proceeds go back to our program and our deserving Veterans. The more you shop, the more Vision for Vets can continue our mission!
